What are we doing?

We are going to look at the Infraspeak Network and optimize it in order to raise conversion, adoption, and retention.

The feature is already built but needs a lot of fine-tuning and experimentation in order to let us prove there is a clear product-market fit and a that it can be a good revenue stream.

What will you do?

• Be a member of a small cross-functional team (2 engineers + PM + Marketers)
• Work on several optimizations in Infraspeak Basic features.
• Create a flawless onboarding experience for new users.
• Optimize Infraspeak Network loops to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Build a lot of A/B testing experiments around platform features, e-mails, call-to-actions, etc.
• Set up product analytics and funnels. Analyze their data and drive our decisions with it.
• You'll be able to make a huge impact on one of the most important roadmaps in Infraspeak and you'll be closer to the product, marketing, and business decisions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience in PHP frameworks (extra points for Laravel 5+ and PHP 7+).
• Experience in Javascript and Typescript (experience with Vue would be great).
• Experience with HTML and CSS3.
• Has great critical thinking.
• Is Mission-driven, Data-driven, and Customer-driven mindset.
• Is open-minded and works in whatever it takes to achieve the goal.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies SCRUM or KANBAN
